had a really long day today. played soccer in school with some of the jc1 ruggers and had pe straight after that. haha i'm quite surprised by the level of competition man. back in sec school, everyone's playing at like 60% whereas over here, everyone's going all out! well fortunately there weren't any injuries and everyone had a good game. final score was square at 0-0. haha. then we had to do squats for pe and played captain's ball, which was great fun!

weirong, "i'm having butterflies in my stomach."

kevin, "go eat a lizard, then the lizard will get rid of the flies."

and shit, i won't be able to do my math homework. i've just realised that i've run out of foolscap! oh no. never mind then, i shall pon h1 lit lesson to do my math. hahaha. i'm definitely gonna change my h1 subject from lit to chem. i've been ponning lit for like 3 weeks already? i'm officially a pon-star(inside joke, but everyone should get it. lame huh). hahahaha.

all right i'm tired, going to town after sch tomorrow to watch either pursuit for happiness or letters from iwo jima. hope it'll turn out to be another fun class outing.

posting results are coming out in a week and a half's time, which means, only one and a half more weeks with 07S23. how sad. a few of my classmates will be changing their subject combinations, like Dawn, Gillian, Kenneth. argh. and i really do hope that i'll stay in sajc. oh my, i've already bought a set of the school uniform. i don't wanna waste money!

mr yuen aka superyuen digressed again during physics tutorial. haha! he started to talk about the sun and how it's formed and stuff. wow i wonder where he got all these knowledge from! and then later he showed us all the funny videos on his laptop, like videos from ebaumsworld.com. haha fun!

watched Toto Live at Amsterdam just now. GREAT! Steve Lukather's an exceptional guitarist who does ever-impressive solos. Simon Phillips' one of the steadiest drummers i've ever seen/heard. the bassist, Mike Porcaro(not sure about the spelling), has a fantastic feel. purest, finest rock(unlike those messed up ones we hear these days). Wow. this brings back the wonderful memories of watching Toto live in singapore last year in May at Fort Caning Park, even though it seemed like a under-par performance(due to the pathetic audience and scorching weather). i can still remember Steve Lukather changing his shirt 4 times during the concert.

and Shaun Kwa, with the feministic instinct of his, is pestering me to include him in this blog entry, which sounds really ridiculous to me. you want me to type something like "shaun is my only beacon of hope?" (pukes profusely) hahaha. okay so now that i've including you Shaun, aren't you satisfied?

CNY celebration in school was great today. us jc1s were sent to the cultural centre to watch performances by the arts ccas. the performances were very good! then later we went to the hall for the "Project Angpow Runway" event. we dressed Mr Yuen up with our originally-made costume. our costume was made ONLY with angpows( a lot of them). we made a roman skirt and cape and kneated a vest. then Mr Yuen wore suspenders to make sure that the skirt would not drop down. we called him SUPERYUEN. haha. and guess what, our class won the "most entertaining costume" award. heh!

after school(which ended at about 11.15), we went to centrepoint to have Haagen Daz ice cream. yep. it did make my wallet lighter. i'm broke now! and Dawn had a $20 voucher so she didn't have to pay anything! then we went to the Cathay to watch Ghost Rider. the movie wasn't good. only looked good in the trailer. shall not elaborate on that because i don't wanna be a spoiler for the movie.

met Huiting at Dhoby Ghaut mrt station on my way back. and she was going to watch Ghost Rider at the Cathay too! hahaha. sadly, there weren't any seats available in the mrt, so i had to stand all the way until Pasir Ris.

when i reached home, i quickly bathed and changed. then headed to Tampines Mall to meet up with the primary school clique for dinner at Burger King. haha. had a great time(as always) but i was filled with exhaustion so i wasn't functioning well. after dinner, we went to Sun Plaza park to slack at the playground and then to Star Bucks later to chat.

all right, as u can see in my tone, i'm very tired. i'm doing everything robotically. good night everyone!

wow. 6 days have already passed since i last blogged. school today was fun, as usual. i was so sleepy today that i slept through the entire physics lecture. oh no. i think i missed out on a lot. shouldn't have slept so late last night after a very hectic day. haha. GP is very difficult, too. man, i think i'm lagging behind the class. everyone seems to understand everything. and i'll most probably change my h1 subject from lit to chem. oh well. looks like there won't be anymore UK trip for me. hahaha. well, lit students are going to UK for 10 days during the june holidays. and the art(the subject, not the faculty) students are going to italy! wah. why can't the science fac students go somewhere? like erm. i dunno. hahaha.

anyway, happy valentine's day to everyone. received a flower from wanjing today via the inter-jc valentine's day thingy. thanks a lot! and credits to Dawn, here are some of the class photos : http://community.webshots.com/user/fivepaperbags . oh man, i do look funny in some of the pics. haha! now let me recap about this week.

went to Jonathan's house on monday with Gabriel, Dawn, Huilin, Jianhui, Jeremy, Calvin, Gillian and Kevin to make Mr Yuen's costume for friday's "Project Angpow Runway" event. well, basically it's just an inter-class competition whereby each class has to make a CNY themed costume and assign 1 person to wear it on that day. student as model - 1 point. teacher as model - 5 points! haha. luckily we have a sporting teacher like Mr Yuen! later, i went to j8 for a while and then home. had a great time!

basically slacked the entire tuesday. didn't have school on monday and tuesday because sajc wanted us jc1s to spend the 2 days carefully deciding on which jc/ poly/ poly course to go. anyawy, tuesday was boring. i ended up feeling like a lazy couch potato.

anyway, most of us in our class have had nicknames since the dawn of 07S23. hahaha. first, i was nicknamed as Bootylicious Brandon, then Brandy, then Bra! Jonathan - Jonny, Jonnywoosh. Gabriel - Gabby, Gay, Garbage. Jianhui - Jenny. Kevin - Cute Elephant(by Dawn hahahaha). can't really remember the rest, if there's any. and today we all suddenly had a laughing fit again, when someone(i forgot who) said this :

"Gabriel the Gay! Brandon the Bra! Jonathan the JON!"

well, that's the kind of stupid stuff we laugh about. sorry folks for our very weird sense of humour.

Dawn says that i should blog more often. but i dunno what to blog about! aiyah. i always seem to know what to blog about UNTIL i actually start blogging. bad memory i guess. think i'll catch up on my sleep now. good bye!

12 points! yay. i'm gonna stay at sajc. it was quite disappointing though, a B3 for english. but it's all right, i'm contented and satisfied. things could have gotten worse! and strange enough, i actually dreamt that i received my results last night, and got 12 points! and yes, i'm speaking of the truth! i really had this dream. well, a strange phenomenon indeed.

and here's thanks to those that helped :

1)my teachers - mrs oon, mr koh,mr nasir, mrs khoo, miss chee, mr suhaimi, mrs sing, mr mohamad mdm peh, mr leung, aunty merie. thanks for everything. and i would like to specially thank mr koh(for the great help in add. math and the tips he told me on the phone the day before e math) and mr suhaimi(for helping in my redemption in combined humanities, both lit and ss).

2)my friends that gave me practice papers(e math and a math) - huiting, justin, lihyuan, wanjing, junxiang.

3)study partners - samantha ,victor, jun. without u guys, i would have ended up slacking even more as i can never study at home. haha!

4)my bro - for the help in ss and lit. wouldn't have gotten a B3 without your help.

5)everyone else that helped me in any way. and sorry to the people that i've missed out.

it's monday. o level results are gonna be out this friday. how dreadingly fast time flies. i'm not looking forward to friday at all. i don't want to part with my current class, should i discontinue my stay in sajc. what to do? where to go if i don't make it? what to contemplate on? these are the questions that are ringing in my mind at the moment.

all right, i shall not sound so emo. hahahahaha. my class as crazy as usual. we laugh at the stupidest things, and at each other's laughters. laughter is the best medicine. NO WONDER no one from my class is sick! haha.

i better start savouring every moment i have with my class until friday man. tomorrow will be a long day. school will end at 5.30pm. time for rest!
