hello again. blogging the second time in two days. not a bad feat eh ? haha. i think i should blog more. it really kills time and somehow gives me a pang of satisfaction whenever i complete an entry. strange eh?

my L1R5 is 26. horrible and expected. gotta work much harder if i were to aim for a jc. still considering. i'm also really tempted to go to a poly. life in jc is so stressful that it could be bad for my health. in jc, you have so much work to do that u sleep very late. there is so much to be covered in only 2 years too. so u'll sleep EVEN later haha. as a result, u'll find that u fall sick easily, u have dark rings around your eyes, u are less efficient in whatever u do and u are easily depressed. sleep is essential u know. u'll never know the power of sleep. however, as long as u pass your a levels, u are qualified to enter a university and choose a course vis-a-vis how well you do. therefore, it could be very useful in the long-term.

what about poly life? poly fees are very expensive. yes i know. you will logically choose a subject of your preference and therefore will enjoy doing it. poly is more relaxed and you don't have to wake up as early as you have to in jc every morning. poly courses are 3 years long and are supposedly more fun too, especially in the last year where u have attachment jobs. u even get paid! u will also have more free time when u are in a poly. life would indeed be more meaningful! however, it is more difficult to qualify for a university when u're in a poly.

it's just so damn difficult decide.

and yeah. holidays, here i come!

hello again. rejoice! brandon's finally blogging. the first semester has come to a conclusion - i'm not doing well. did disappointingly for my english and social studies especially. damn, i'm starting to feel the pressure of the o levels already. gotta work extremely hard for my social studies in the coming months man. my L1R5 is definitely going to be 25-30, which is not good at all. i'm still in disbelief. how could i get such a low mark for my social studies?! even mr mohamad says that i don't deserve to get that. i actually thought i would pass comfortably. i knew it from the start when i received my horrendous english results that my overall SA1 results would be atrocious. and i'm so accurate. that's what i call foreshadowing. hmmm.. there're 2 choices now: to grumble over my poor results or to work even harder. i guess i'll choose the 2nd choice. it's better for my results to plunge now than during the o levels!

my morale's low now. lets hope it will be ephemeral. with optimism, there'll always be improvement!
