hello. finally i'm blogging again haha. so far school has been okay. but i'm really expecting the worst to come in a few months' time.

and i've opted to take chinese B. woohoo. i'm so happy... and quite annoyed. why must people be so pessimistic when it comes to me taking chinese B? i've taken chinese B because i have an extra subject(music), my chinese is really bad and it's too much of a risk to take normal chinese as i'm aiming for a jc and i want to spend more time on my other subjects. and taking chinese B can still allow me to go to China(if i end up being a business man, although chances are quite slim). that's because in china, u speak Basic chinese. you don't speak those 4-worded words in chinese there. people would think u're an enthu. u just speak simple chinese so that both parties can clearly understand each other. and although singapore's stressing so much of the education of chinese, do u know that china is now stressing even more on the education of ENGLISH, the international language?

i also personally think that it would look better to have a PASS in chinese B than to have an E8 for normal chinese on the report book. that's because not everyone taking chinese B suck at chinese. people take chinese B so that they can spend more time on other subjects. don't believe? go and see who's in the examination room during the o level chinese B exam then. it isn't wrong to have chinese B on your o level results slip. as long as u qualify, you're in! there are no first priorities.

and now i hope i've explained why i've chosen to take chinese B well enough. whatever people say, i have no regrets for taking chinese B.
