hello! now i know what's called CHEAP LABOUR. we worked so hard, tolerated so many F-words from our boss, worked about 7 hours overtime, perspired blood(not literally lah), tolerated even more F-words and curses from our boss, observed our boss doing the easiest job(cashier) while we had to serve customers, got more unreasonable scoldings from our boss AND still got such a pathetic pay of $3.50 an hour and $5.50 for the last 4 hours( because we really worked our hearts out). come on man. we all had to pack 1300 crappy bata shoes into about 145 boxes, count them, double-check by counting again, paste 2 bata stickers on each box and stack them on trolleys and push them to the lorry. and we did this for the last 4 hours. the 1st day was damned crazy too. 2nd day was quite relaxed as we just had to sell the shoes. in the end, we only got $102.50 for 27 hours. yes that's CHEAP LABOUR. really really cheap. none of us are satisfied. at least i know that it's never fun working at carnivals. it's easy to sell, the difficult part is bringing in the stocks, unpacking them, arranging them, taking them back, taping back the broken boxes, putting back the stocks in the boxes according to their types etc.

i've just learnt a very very valuable lesson.
